| Hello Everyone,
I have been on the missing list for a couple of weeks due to crazy work commitments. I can't say that I have stayed on the straight and narrow, but on the other hand, I haven't strayed too badly. There has definitely a bit of carb creep going on, so from today am reining in, using my fitday and have booked myself a walk tomorrow, even if it is only to the shops to spend some £££££'s.
Hope everyone is doing well and keeping at it better than I have been.
