Hi everyone!!!!

Once again we have a sunny, beautiful day here.

How's everyone doing these days? I'm going through a crazy craving stage...I have no idea why. I've really stepped up my workout and I'm wondering if I'm actually feeling a bit more hungry?? I'll get through it...I have never felt these craves in all the time I've been doing Atkins. I'm sure they'll subside.

What sort of exercises has everyone been doing? I love to hear feedback on what others are doing in conjunction with eating right.

Lets hear some ideas if you're feeling up to sharing.

Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
Current weight – 191 lbs.
Goal weight - 150 – 160

Just walking right now. As I increase the number of minutes per day, I will max out and then move on to biking. Congrats on your loss.

The stationary bike in front of the TV is my "stand-by". I also walk my dogs at least once a day. I enjoy Pilates and Yoga for something different. When the weather cooperates, I like Kayaking and swimming too.

Hi a real warm day here in the uk not enjoying it at all I really don't like summer when it gets this hot.I prefer to also walk because you don't realise that your exercising and its enjoyable.

Good morning everyone! I too, like MsUnderstood, need to step up my work outs. I love yoga (for beginners, I'm not too well balanced or all that flexible, lol) mixed with a cardio work out like fast paced walking, or rhythm boxing. I hope everyone has a wonderful low carb day!
