Here everyone. Just inhaling the wonderful dinner I made my kids that I can't touch. Ah well. I'm thawing out some chicken for myself as I type.

You're so much nicer than I am Val...I've made my kids eat the same thing I have to this week. Tonight we're having sloppy joes (Walden farms bbq sauce and the waffles from Linda's site) and s/f sweet pickles. It won't hurt them and it's made things ALOT easier for me. |

Hi all, I've had a crazy busy week! But I did ok... I kinda broke induction, but am happy that I mostly stuck to Atkins - even when I went out to eat (had a steak salad with blue cheese at Denny's and snuck only a tiny bite of garlic bread and a diet coke). Freyja
