| Back on plan for awhile, the water is going away. Cleaning up around here, YUCK! I mean the bad stuff, the microwave, the fridge. I'll get around to the stove too. Trying to figure out ways to feed my family at the same time as myself. Once this kitchen is overhauled, I plan to stay in it more! I'm talking with the kids and trying workout low carb soups and things we will all be able to eat. They want their rice and potatoes, GRRRR! They could be getting meat in broth if they get much pickier. I don't eat broccoli one says, the other says, I don't eat greenbeans. It goes on, what is left for the soup pot? I mentioned making turkey soup with the leftovers, they asked if they liked it. Okay, its been awhile since I did much cooking for us as a family. I've been getting them foods they like and I can nuke because of all the picky stuff they do. Its just got to stop. I'm gonna have to make this a lifestyle we can all live with. There really isn't gonna be an end to this for me. Soup always in the crockpot and something slow cooking for dinner looks like good plan.

| Hello CC'ers, you losers. Run Forrest, RUN! ![]() Sorry Forrest, I couldn't help myself. It's been a nice day here. Went to finally get my hair done. I feel like a new person. I ask myself why I didn't do it sooner . What a nice boost it gave me. I never went for a make over when I was at goal. I just kept growing my hair. really long. Now I have bangs. It took about ten years off me. I'm happy.Today is day 7 cheat free and 4.5 pounds less. I worked out on my gazelle yesterday pretty hard and woke up with a charlie horse in my calf, ouch! It's sore today, so took a rest day. I'll get back to it omorrow. Tonite is Tilapia and prawns for dinner.I've been eating at Induction level. It wasn't planned. It just happened. I'll stay here fo another 7 days and move up to rung 1 and stay there untill I get under 250. I havn't been eating after dinner just water. Keeping that night time hunger munster at bay. So that's what i've been up to Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Thanks Erin for the encouragement the other day. I really do have my game back. Congratulations to you for all you efforts and success this far. You're doing awesome. Great job eveyone. You're still here, pushing forward. Love ya, sherri
