| Fitday for yesterday was 1,942 calories 72% fat 27% protein 1% carbs Thank goodness I am back in ketosis! And what is more, it's gone one shade deeper! Woo WOO! |

| I have measured myself. After 5 weeks on zc/ vvlc my measurements are exactly the same, and my weight is exactly the same, and I still cannot close the jeans. |

| Okay, when I was larger the pounds came off and I was still wearing the same size for ages! It took me something like 35 pounds to go from a 20 to an 18. I had smaller goals, like to not hang over the top of something buttonable. heh. Hang in there! Did you check out any of the stall threads? Stallbusters United - Atkins Diet You might check this one out, its a little older but you might get some ideas.

| Hi Rita The stall advice isn't really directed at me since I am not doing Atkins by the book but tweaking it down to 80% fat and 25% protein and less than 5% carbs. The major stallers don't apply to me -i.e. caffeine, sweeteners, etc. I'm just going to stick with it and see what happens... I spoke on the phone to Sean Croxton, but all he really did was throw a sales pitch at me to try to get me to pay $600 for blood tests. Helena |
