Ugh...I've been off plan for 2 weeks now and it's killing me. We've all had a visit from the piggy flu fairy and it's killing us. I won't weigh in, but can say that my clothes aren't fitting me any differently. I don't know what it is, but when I'm sick all I can stand are bananas and crackers....and I generally HATE bananas. MIL claims it's a lack of potassium while sick, but who knows? I'm looking forward to getting back on plan and feeling more like a human being than a slug.

Sorry to hear you and your family are/were sick. Wishing you a speedy recovery hun. You'll be back on track. Just get well.
