__________________ Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2" STAC Restart: 1/05/09 306/254/135 ~ 5'2" 52 lbs down! Goal #1: 10% (31lbs, 275) - Met 8/13/09!!! Goal #2: 270 - Met 8/26/09!! Goal #3: 266 - 40 lbs Met 9/27/09!!! Goal #4: 256 - 50 lbs Met 11/1/09!!! Goal #5: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) Goal #6: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you! bizzlekitty's journal   |

I'm feeling good, second day now...I just know that I can do it!!! My biggest problem is the diet pepsi...that is a very very hard addiction to break!

Welcome back! Nice thing is that there is always someone around here that will support you, new or long term (I am not old!, I am not old!, I am not old!  )So, you know how to do this ... I know you do. Dust off DANDR 2002. Go through the "stickies" and refresh your memory. Organize yourself. Plan your menus so that you have no excuses. Plan your exercise so that you have no excuses. This can be done. It really can. It works. Best wishes and welcome back!
