| I've been good for awhile now, feeling better. I hope next week is the week I break 145. I've been a little stuck. The last few pounds do not want to go, I just been going up and down and not getting there. I managed to shrink some though. I am really going to where I haven't been since I was 13! Eventually.

I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask. |
