| How is everyone doing? Well, I can't say that I have been true to plan lately. I have been skipping breakfast again and I haven't been making sure I have the right food to take to work. So tonight, that is my chore. I am cooking food so that I can eat "normally" tomorrow. So far so good, i haven't gained anything but i know that will change if I dont get my act togethe. And now, I find out that they may give me more responsibility at work and that means more pressure. I want to have my eating under control by then and be losing weight again. I am so mad at myself for not being able to get back on track again; i just dont know why I am having such a problem with this. *sigh* I have got to get my butt in gear again. |

| hey! i want in! I restarted on sunday. i think the most difficult thing as of now is because i'm in a not so friendly atkins environment... BUT thanks to some advice given to me here in adbb, i think i can get right back on track again in any case Goals for the week (from now until next friday) : 1. drink more water 2. exercise more (in any way possible. I have a few choices: DDR, Tredmill, ab lounger, playing in the yard... i even remember some stuff from self defence that really wore me out lol ) 3. No cheating! lol I'll have to post my menu for next weak sometime tomorrow. it's 1:32 in the morning here and i'm friggen tired lol Oyasumi nasai ( "goodnight" in japanese |

| Welcome, evelkittie! Has been a little quiet in here of late. Well, as usual, I am in the struggling mode but I got brought back to my senses by hubby. He asked me out of the blue, when I was eating something I shouldn't, "what happened to your diet?" My hubby, never notices anything and for him to say that to me, meant something was different that he noticed about me. It hit me hard. I realized, what AM I doing? So once again, I am getting my butt back in gear. My goals for this week: Drink 96 oz. water daily. Stop eating anything not low carb or not on Atkins plan. Make time in my schedule for me to eat like I should. Exercise at least twice this week. If some of you can't post daily, then why don't we make this a weekly thread then? It seems that would be easier. Unless you have questions or you need to unburden about cheating or whatever, then come when you need the daily support. I am going to need to post daily for a while, til I get my brains back on track. |

| I know this thread is kinda old, but can I join? :wave I have really been struggling and I have no one to blame but myself :raving My biggest difficulty is my weekend wine. I have a ritual on Friday nights and it also relaxes me so I can get to sleep. Even with that, I'm within my calorie/carb range. My biggest downfall is I'm not exercising regularly and I don't keep enough "legal" treats around so I help myself to my daughter's junk food. Anyway, Monday I want to clean up my act and re-affirm my committments. I'm going to spend the weekend making legal treats so that I don't go off course. Anyone still doing this?

| The more, the merrier! Welcome, Debbie! Today, I had a fairly easy time of it considering I am back on track. I did do a little cheat. I had a pack of biscuits that I could have left alone but I would say, overall, I did a heck of a lot better than I have been the past three weeks. One cheat is better than all day. Tomorrow's goals: drink my water do my WATP video Get thru cheat-free |

| JuJu, thanks :wave I am officially starting Monday. I did ok yesterday (except for exercise, I worked real late). This morning I didn't have time to eat breakfast but took it with me. By the time I was able to eat something, I was so starved that I had some crap that my daughter had on her. So my day is gone. :anger
