| Your enthusiasm really has gotten me pumped up! I walked yesterday... TWICE! I'll probably do it twice today and may even start back at the gym today too. Yesterday I was totally cheat free and I feel that I'm back on track completely now, my focus is right where it needs to be. You guys are the best... good luck today to everybody.... we can do it!

| OMG, it was so hard guys! Last night I finally dragged myself and my poor daughter through the door at 10! I read her a story, sang some songs and had her in bed by 10:30. I still had like 2 hours of work to do from home but I decided I didn't care, I was taking an hour for myself and working out. It was hard, I was exhausted, but after the first five minutes I found that the hardest part of all was starting the workout. Finishing it was easy, and I felt pretty good afterwards, pumped up ya know. I felt so good that I took my supplements yesterday for the first time in months. Ok so for a wrap up of yesterday: Calories: 1183 Carbs: 27, it's a little over but because I had an LC yogurt before talking to you sarah Water: about 80 oz. Excercise: Ramp it UP Supplements: multi-vitamin, cal/mag/zinc, 3/6/9 oils (oops forgot the vitamin C) Ok, I think that's it for yesterday, I'm all caught up. I'm sore today but a good kind of sore. Ok for today's commitment: I will do induction today. I will work out when I get home this evening, ramp it up. I will drink my water today, at least 72 oz. I will take my supplements after working out I will write put my food into fitday (dinner i'll do tomorrow, no internet access at home yet) I will check in on the board in this challenge! |

| Oh almost forgot, yesterday I had been talking to a friend of mine on the phone and I mentioned to her that I needed the Universe to make it easy for me to do induction, at least for the first few days, maybe the first week. Well last night I went to Chipotle to get a salad for dinner, they have awesome ones! And I asked nicely for a salad when it was my turn at the line, the guy spoke spanish and he was older then me, so I spoke respectfully to him in Spanish. For some reason I noticed he switched the little aluminum foil thing that goes under my salad bowl. When I went to pay they turned the foil top to close it and it had a sticker on it. Turns out the ones with a sticker get a free dinner! So I got my delicious salad completely free because of that really nice man. I called my friend back a little later, she told me, babes it can't get easier then that. Yesterday was easy, I need it to be easy again today. |

| Nope I'm not stressing on the calories at all at this point whatever I did yesterday worked cause man I was up Peeing all night so I got rid of some much needed water retention and feel sooo good today. YAY me. WOOHOO cristy YAY, on the exercise twice I am not going to hard cause right now I am just concentrating on getting it done and not burning myself out that's my main Priority. WOOHOO Slimn GREAT JOB on the eating and everything YAY YOU!!! YOLY, you Rock Grilfriend look what you did you should be soooo PROUD you don't have to shoot for every day if you can do 4 that's totally awesome.; TOday is weights YAY ME I am not worrying about the cardio right now I just wanna get on a routine and the cardio will come and I will be hopping and doing really well. SO HMM Back and Biceps today and I am gunna really work it in my 3 sets of 12's maybe when I become mad about exercise again I will start doing the 4 sets but 3 is good for keeping what I ahve right now and no burning out on RIGHT RIGHT. Just remeber EVERYONE we are the ones who have to live with our choices every day and Our choices whether they be bad or good shows to everyone on the outside so lets make each day the best that we can make it For OURSELVES and NOBODY ELESE!!

| Good job everyone ![]() My run is done for the day and i have eaten breakfast consisting of 2 eggs and ham. I did all this within an 2 hours of waking up. My energy is through the rough...LOL. Today i am going to conquer some yard work and make a workout plan that will keep my attention. I hate the repetitveness of some of the videos. So its time for an evolving, revolving, workout LOL.

| wow, great job on the excercise cristyl, it must be so nice to have it done and out of the way, wish that were my situation but I didn't wake up early enough this morning and so have to work out after work, sigh, oh well i'll get it done. Ok food wise so far: Breakfast: 3 slices of ham rolled up with mayo to dip 2 oz. of cheese (chedder and moz.) Lunch: 1 chicken breast smothered in provolone topped with onions and mushrooms (same as yesterday) 1 small side salad with ranch So far 750 calories or so, so doing pretty good for the day food wise. I was tempted, I can't lie, but I'm proud that I stuck with it and ate correctly. Water: I've had 40 oz so far, and still going, I'm super thirsty today for some reason. Not sure why but I am. |

| GREAT job EVERYONE WOOOHOO Crisy WOW on the 86 minute walk YAHOOO that is totally aweosem you ahve to feel sooo great about that. Great Job on the run Michael I am sooo glad you energy is ROCKIN right now. It's funny I ahve to tell you since I started this Medication well after the first 4 days I ahve a calm about me now I am not stressed and I feel very at ease which I haven't felt in a really long time Probably since I was in my 20's so there has to be something to this. I feel really great I don't knoiw how to explain it any better then that. I feel better then I have since I had my babies so I am thinking that the High Prolactin muct have really been stressing my body out. I had been Pregnant or Brest feeding for over 6 years then the level just never went down so I could never feel Normal. WOW I feel SOOO AMAZING right now everything is Perfect I feel perfect. I did exercise NOW it was a WICKED workout I pushed it hard and I was able to get some pretty good weight in without compromising anything WOOHOO for me. Front Lat Pull 12x80lbs,12x70lbs,12x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Hammer Curls 12x25lbs,12x20lbs,12x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Behind Lat Pulls 12x50lbs,12x60lbs,12x60lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Spider Curls 12x80lbs,12x80lbs,12x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Hyperextensions 12x70lbs,12x80lbs,12x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Front Cable Curls 12x80lbs,12x70lbs,12x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Yup I feel it and my legs are sore from yesterday WOOHOO For me.
