I need to get clean in a bad way...my psoriasis is acting up something terrible and only happens when I have the white stuff...

Get your minds out of the gutter..I am talking about flour, sugar, starch...lol

so I will begin a totally clean induction on Monday, July 31st... I will report my daily menu's for support and or critique..

I have a trip to Vegas planned this coming week or I would. I plan to start induction when I get back.

I just finished my induction, and i was planning to do it for 2 more weeks, since I did make some newbie mistakes...

So I will join you ... but do I have to post my menus?, I'm kind of cook at the moment...

I had them too... they're horrible... but they're just a few crappy days... hold on ... think about yourself being happy next week because you actually did things right, and starting to notice the shrinking...

I wish I had any advice about the headache itself though... *hugs*

you should still join in when you return.. wouldnt hurt to extend my induction another week..I have a function on the 8/26 and I am planning to stay on induction phase until then...then I will join the how long can you go party!
