| 1 boring pound today!!!! I really kicked up the excersise tehis past week, so perhaps some water retention or the fact that I am not doing induction any more--- I dunno-- But it is a loss not a gain!!! So I wll take it!! |

| I'm here in my first day of TOM and I'm way up on the scale, but I know that will go down. Very crampy today and its terribly warm, supposed to be 97, don't think I will walk until late tonight. Breakfast - chorizo and eggs 2 c. coffee with cream. 1 42 oz bottle of water so far. I'm already working on my 2nd 42 oz bottle. lunch - left over chorizo and eggs Dinner - left over pork chops cut up with bok choi, american red cabbage, onion and peppers. continue on my bottles of water. I'm going to slosh today.
