| 10.08.06 Tip that got me by today: Pick out 10 breaksfasts, lunchs, dinners and 15 snack ideas for a week of eating and then make a grocery list to follow. This way you don't buy anything you don't need and isn't on the list of acceptable foods, so you are not confronted with not on plan food but you have enough flexibility you can choose what you want. Quote that helped me out today: Out damn fat out!. Okay so i slightly altered Macbeth, but when you are running to the bathroom to pee every 1/2 hour lol its the only thing that helped me keep drinking the water lol. Every time i pee, fat is leaving me.

| 100906 Tip: When eating out at a restaurant, ask for a to go box right away and split your whole meal in half. That way you can learn and get use to portion control AND make two meals out of one if money is tight. It is said that most restaurants portions are way beyond normal portions. | tip ~ keep a journal. one for exercise and one for everything you eat and drink. It will help you to see how much you do exercise wise and that every 1/2 mile walking (or whatever your exercise choice is) adds up! For the food and drink - it helps to see what you are putting in your body and to remain accountable. quote ~ a strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug *Patricia Neal *what a great idea for a challenge!

| Hi sillygirl and Tamariah! Great tips and tamariah i love the quote!! Thanks for playing. Tip: Doing little things will add up and add to your motivation while at work. Today while copying i used the time while stuff was actually copying to walk/jog (barefoot lol don't try this is heels) around the office or such. Maybe do squats or standing push ups etc when you have a few minutes. Or even just walk in place. quote: The beginning is the most important part of the work. --Plato (groans how appropriate lol with my whining about exercising lol)

| Fun Challenge! Tip: Use a 24oz sportbottle for your water....It keeps me in check...I know I need 3 of them a day and I have been 100% successful with my water intake since I swtiched from traditional "cap" bottles. I was NEVER a water drinker either. If I can do it...you can too! EDIT *This Challenge thread has been closed due to extended absence of owner.
