| oh, ps...I'll get them posted just as soon as I'm finished sharpening my crayon. For now I'd just like to keep losing weight and 10 pounds by the 1st of the year would be really really nice. |

| Yeah! I am doing good so far... I m cutting out the low carb beers I have been drinking tho- sheesh... will I ever learn! Those calories add up quick! I will post more later, time to cook dinner now! |

| Well... this is it! I have started clean today... ready to move on after refreshing my self with DANDR. I am feeling sooo stinking hungry today tho!!! ugh! I hate starting because of the constant hunger the first couple days and the fatigue.... but after day 3 I know all will be well... so here it is... day 1...*breathe* I will do this! I am soo tired of not recognising the girl in the mirror! I haven't gained a lot back but enough is enough... if I don't quit saying tomorrow I will never do it! so today today today it is!!!!! starting weight today is 204.8... I have got to get back into the 100s. I cannot believe I let myself get above 200 again!!!! sheesh!!! |

| Well, I have been doing really well... I need to get some more water in and exercise more but I think i am out of the eat everything(legal) in sight phase! haha! Tomorrow I begin gonig to the Y again and I will drink more water! I haven't weighted since starting again this week, but I think I may tomorrow... or maybe I will wait a whole week... we'll see how I feel in the morning, I think TOM is coming too so if thats the case I will probably wait..... I made a really really yummy dinner tonight too,.. turkey and mushroom in a white cream sauce ontop of cauliflower and green beans. YUM! |

| glad you are doing better there if TOM and new to you exercise is in the immediate future skip the scales till your whole reinduction is done. Happy low carbing

| Hi there, Is it still ok to join in? My goal is to be under the 200 mark by new year also. I just started AWOL and am on my second day of induction. So far so well, apart from a mild headache. My starting weight is 225 and I definitely need all the motivation I can get.

| Hey Rikki, I just wanted to pop in and encourage all of you guys over here...I think this is a wonderful idea. I want to drop 10 by New Years, but far more important than dropping is I want to add quality of life to my life so that on NewYears Day I am standing tall, strong and achieving my goals. I know you are building momentum and every day that you stay focused and work hard to achieve the water, the exercise and the foods, soon you will be flowing at a high level...You will feel good, be in ketosis and moving towards your goals... Work hard to get yourself up to the level you need to be at...Make it a priority, put it first in your day, and soon you will flow out of this level. Ya'll are gonna steam ahead and realize your goals...

I just started induction back Monday so I understand where you are coming from! Just check in often and I will too! Lisa- how are you doing? I am just off to get ready for work. I did go ahead and weigh this morning and I was down to 200.4! whooo hoooo... hopefully passin twoerville again... never to return(FOR REAL THIS TIME!!!!!) Plans for food today are burnt quiche (I cooked it for like was over an hour last night! I forgot it was in there, but it doesn't taste too bad ) For lunch I am thinking a casesar side salad with burgers from wendy's... and dinner will probably be pork chops with broccoli and mac and cheese for the fellow... I may go get some cauliflower and add a bit of cheese to it for myself! Hope ya have a great cheat free day!!!! |
