| I'm with ya, but I want to lose at least 20 by Christmas. This is what my yesterday looked like. Breakfast: Two eggs scrambled with three pieces of bacon Snack: 1/2 an Atkins Advantage Bar Lunch: Salad with Cheddar Cheese, cucumbers, and ranch dressing Dinner: Chicken BLT salad from Wendy's (with homemade ranch dressing from home instead of the honeymustard) NO croutons. Snack: Mock Danish Drinks- One Diet Rite soda, 65 oz of water I am 23- 5'4" I weigh 159 My goal weight is 110-115 as soon as possible, but by April at the latest. I am tired of being overweight. How about you? |

| I AM STARTING AT LUNCH TIME TODAY, HAD A BAD MORNING THOUGHT TO START TOMORROW, BUT HEY WHY NOT AT LUNCH TIME! BREAKFAST: CANDY SNACK:CANDY LUNCH: NOT SURE YET DINNER: NOT SURE YET WATER WATER WATER.... I AM GOOD WITH MY WATER THAT IS ALL I DRINK. EXERCISE: I TRY TO DO MY TAPES, BUT I DO WALK EVERY DAY My weight loss adgenda.... Highest weight was: 200.2 01/04 Joined the atkins way of life: 01/04, I lost 50lbs and have been hovering around 153-153. My goal is to be 115-120lbs, I am 5'1 and I will be 28 years old on december 23rd. By mt birthday I want to be down 10-12lbs! I know I can do this. i need to get in the right frame of mind and I think this page, and everyone here will help me. Lets do this togeather! Leah

| I forgot to add that I do pilates three days, The Firm 1 day, a dance video one day, and a Tae Bo video. These are all 45 minutes long. I also use my Gazelle for at least 15-30 minutes a day while I watch tv.

| I would like to, but on the 10th day of Atkins, I felt really sick. There was one good thing about it, I got my sticks a purple. Let me think about it. Good Luck to all. |

| Hey Princess -- you know I'm in! I actually want to lose 10 by Thanksgiving and 10 more by Christmas. I'm planning on weighing Thanksgiving morning and Christmas morning -- otherwise, the scale is staying in the closet! So . . . I'm walking to and from work again (15 minutes each way) and trying to walk about 30 minutes either at lunch or on the treadmill when I get home. Plus I do about 30 minutes of exercise in the morning, including sit-ups, arm work, etc. Breakfast was 2 eggs and 3 slices of bacon. Lunch will be tuna with horseradish, mustard, and mayo, one 1-oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 cup lettuce, and 1 small tomato. Dinner will be roast beef, faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower - best invention ever!), and panna cotta for dessert. Wow, with that menu, how could I possibly be hungry, deprived or fail!!??!! Thanks, Leah, for starting this. I need to be more accountable! Stacy
