| Count me in, Vicki! I am ready for a Memorial Day challenge. What day is Memorial Day on, this year? I want this coming Memorial Day to be just a Memory of me getting healthy and the right weight! I am ready!!! |

| Count me in, too! My 25th Wedding Anniversary is in June. DH and I are going to Jamaica the first week of May to celebrate. I want to be at goal when I go to Jamaica. This was a great idea, Vicki. Thanks!

I dont figure there will be any hard set "rules" to follow here. I am starting by weighing in daily.....but will change to weekly after a few weeks. I need to do this so that I don't keep putting it off from day to day...you know....saying aw heck, I can have that candy bar....I dont have to lose more until next week...I can make up for it.... I could do sooooooooo much damage by then and I think 67 lb. is enough for me to attempt to drop without adding more. | You know, I usually don't tag myself into long term commitments, okay other than the one with my DH (lol)...but we're making plans to hit the west coast again next summer along with meeting up with relatives (his) from the east coast (who are coming out here next summe). So, guess who needs to get their fanny in gear and get/keep crackin on taking care of themselves? Yep, me. So, count me in, Vicki. |

| Ok, I am almost afraid to make a statement about how much I want to lose...I do not want to under declare and I do not want to over declare, but dang, I am just gonna go for it....... I want to be to total goal by Memorial day.....I am going to give it my best effort and drink the water water water...for skin elasticity. If I don't make it that far, then at least I will be a heck of a lot closer than I am now. I am in!!!!!! God Bless you Vicki. I am 47. We older girls need as much help as we can get. Are you married? I am not. We older single girls really need to stick together.

| I have a goal for July 7 of losing 50 pounds of fat. (I may gain muscle so its not total weight loss) My daughter is coming back from a year in China then. Ultimate goal = 20% body fat. So, 6 - 7 pounds of fat per month til then, which means 36 - 42 pounds of fat by Memorial Day!!!! That's my goal. I'm IN! Kacey
