| I'm in! I have officially changed my siggy since I am up one pound and still down one from my goal weight as of today. Since I'm in maintenance, I really want to see if I can maintain without weighing 152 times a day! Thanks for starting this Julirama. No worries about "hosting" the thread, it will happen on it's own, I guarantee!

| "Hey, I'm interested!" My name is Adena, and I'm a scale addict. This month I'm focusing on seriously ramping up my exercise. After a week, I already see evidence (evil, mean evidence) of it on the scale. So, if I'm really going to focus on exercise and not get discouraged by what the scale does, I need to stay away from it. This will be really tough -- but I'm IN! Thanks for hosting, Julie. I look forward to your special brand of kick-in-the-pants encouragement. Despite your disclaimer, I AM holding out for prizes or monetary rewards. |

| YAY JWNWC members! And hey, it's NEVER too late to sign up! Each day, you'll look forward to (or dread, perhaps) the humor, fun fact, trivia, or bit of knowledge you'll be attaining. Why? 'cause KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! At least that's what School House Rocky would say. How will you be keeping track of your success during this month? What's your preferred method?
