| Starting weight for me is 154. I can’t find my tape measure. Isn’t that funny. It’s hiding from me. That always happens…lol! I need to go buy another one. I did exercise this morning. 20 minutes on the exercise bike… that’s a major achievement for me… it’s progress not perfection.

| I'm in! I have my starting weight and measurements for you on Friday or Saturday--one of those will be my weigh-in day for the week. I hope to god I can lose 10 pounds by then! It might be a struggle...grrr. But I'M IN!!!

| Julie & Lyssie, I’m so glad you’re with us on this one. I’m so excited Julie – If I make the 10, it’ll be the first time I made a challenge goal…lol! I usually make 8 and I’m so happy for that! But, maybe this time I’ll make 10 or more. I’ll shoot high and see what my body will release. The goal… to wear a pair of BCBG shorts that I saw… that inspired me. So, the exercise bike is a big part of my goals during this challenge. I don’t know what to say… the exercise bug is catchy… Focus for Cher ; work on those summer legs!

| Good morning I’m so impressed. I actually did the bike again for 20 minutes this morning. I keep thinking about those summer thighs. Soon I will have to think about the summer buns and do an exercise for them. But, I just need to get in the habit of working on the bike for at least 20 minutes a day. I went to FitToGether to look at which measurements I should focus on. My tummy seems so huge this morning. My goal get my measurements in by April 1st. But, I am just prolonging the agony if I wait. If I do them this morning it will be over with. I’ll think about it for another hour or so and decide…lol! I’m excited that Joy will be with us when she returns from Chicago. I can’t imagine doing a challenge without Joy. She’s been in every challenge. I’m trying to decide what can I do differently to make sure that I reach my goal this time. Exercise will be important. But, are there other goals that I need to try and set to ensure success?
