| I'm here!! Yep I'm still alive, however I watched the next portion of the workout and every muscle in my body screamed UNCLE!!! LOL! Annoying, my disc came loose in shipping and is scratched. The warm it up, 6 pack and limber parts work fine, but the ramp it up catches a lot and doesn't even play the last ten minutes. I have emailed the seller and in the meantime a friend is mailing me her copy to borrow until I get to burn. Today I made it all the way through warm it up without stopping. I think I will go one or two more days on that portion and then move on and up And today I am not as sore as the first two days!

| way to go skinny! i am WAY TOO SKEERED to watch too far ahead. i am gonna take bio's advice and do the warm up thru tues, and then move on to the 2nd disc....bummer yours got scratched! |

| Did today! It was hard today for some reason, maybe because I had already walked for 2 hours at the amusement park. Either way I'm beat now!
