Great! I'm glad you joined me!!! I think this will be very beneficial! The scale is such a lying little bugger in my house. Congrats on your success so far!!  I sent Jimmie a pm to see how to get a little scale free icon for the signatures(good reminder!)

I admire you for this challenge. I can't wait to weigh myself in the morning. I don't think I could hold off until Thanksgivving. But I am rooting for all of you taking on this challenge. However, I am down to only weighing 1-2 times per week. |

I wonder if staying scale free until christmas is the next post once we've all met this goal... I'm ready to pack my 'lying little bugger' away until after thanksgiving. Great Idea! Course I'll also have to avoid the scale in my gym's locker room too.

ha! but should we weigh thanksgiving morning or the morning after thanksgiving? There could be quite a difference between those two days! LOL.
