Here's the deal. You take a picture in clothing that doesn't fit you very well. Tight clothing would be best.

You copy the contenders list and add your name in a new post. You note whether your starting pictures are up or not.

The pictures are very important. It PROVES to us that what we are doing is worthwhile. A picture really IS worth a thousand words. We've proven that. Let's do it again!

So I say we start on Dec. 1, 2007 and End February 14, 2008. I don't want lbs or inch goals posted, because alot of the time you are changing shape without the loss. I'll get my Love Handles (and boy do I got 'em) pics up today or tomorrow. I have 2 pair of jeans I want to wear by Valentines Day. I'll adorn both LOL, I swear it's just GROSS.
