Welcome to the December Water Challenge. My name is Fowlergirl and I will be hosting this challenge. If you would like to pledge to drink 64 oz of water or more a day, I would love to have you join me. I pledge to drink at least 72 oz per day. Let's drink up!

Ok, I'm game. I have some handy 20 oz bottles. I'll go for 4 bottles, 80 ounces a day, 2480 ounces for December or until I float away !!

Sorry to butt in! just noticed a couple of you were kinda low on water...

You should be drinking 64 oz PLUS 8oz for every 25lbs you're overweight.

My book says at least 8 glasses of 8 ounces each water per day. Where do you get this

Its not in the book but it is on the internet and I have heard of that before. wow that means I should drink 102 oz a day. But I got to work my self up to that. Dr. A says 64 oz. So I will stay with my pledge of 67. 6 oz a day.
