This challenge is for you!

A New Year, A New You is running for 11 weeks. Make your goal reasonable, don't ask yourself to fail, make it attainable, if you do this you are more likely to stay enthusiastic throughout.

Here's what i require from you in order for you to join this challenge.

You must post in this thread once a week

You must take photographs at the start and end of the challenge

You must take measurements at the start and end of the challenge

You must cheer your fellow participants on

Weigh-ins will all take place on a Monday, the first being the 7th January.

If you're struggling, tell your fellow participants, give us the chance to help you.

If you are joining the challenge feel free to put this in your siggie, just copy and paste it!
