August Water Challenge

Well I don't know what the status is on a future water challenge, but in any case I will continue to drink mostly water everyday, and wish each and everyone of you nothing but the greatest success in all that you do!

I've finished 88oz so far today. Although I was a good 'drinker' before this- it's made me more aware of how much I drink and also to go and get the water when I'm craving it instead of putting it off. My skin looks great and the weight is coming off... a lot of it I'm sure do to the consistent water.
