| I am not Jackie but I drink between 100-120 oz a day. That is 5-6 20 oz glasses of water. I just measured one of my tall glasses at home to see how many ozs it hold and it was 20 so I just try to get in at least 5 of those a day or more. Michelle

| 1 liter water bottle I refill constantly and I tote around with me just about everywhere. I'm not picky about store-bought water. I have several 1 liter bottles washed and refilled in the fridge to replace the water bottle I'm using today - always a supply of cold water on hand! Every time I get a non-water beverage - I make sure I have water too, and drink both. It's odd how it adds up so fast! I thought 3 liters (102 oz) was going to be hard. |
