| Day 7 done, still cheat free (cant' say as much for folks around me tho! I hate for food to go to waist, but neither do I want it wasted, either. Stuff came to me for gifts - now I passit on to folks at the office, guests, etc.; what the office or friends bring in, now I passit to DM, DS & DB. Dilemma solved! |

| I'm in...I've been doing really good, I think I've finally got it in my head that this is a way of life, not a quick fix, there's no going back...I'm six days in to induction and thanks to this board it has been fairly painless. Thanks everyone and I promise not to slide, I know it's the "kiss of death" to have even one little taste during this phase for me, so I'm sticking to it! |
