| I have a 1 liter Earth-2-0 bottle and I just make sure I fill it and drink it 3 times a day. Works great for me! I try to drink it all steady through out the day as well. 1 bottle from breakfast to lunch, the next lunch to dinner time, and the last one from dinner till about an hour before bed.
