My first thought was "Why are we talking about July?".  I will try it again. It has been helpful to keep track. I will go for 120 oz again. Now off to update my June totals..had company for the weekend and I am behind on posting them. Thanks Carole!! |

Yes, 100 oz will be my minimum. I found that I don't even drink soda anymore. I take a 24 oz bottle where ever I go and drink about 5 bottles,(refilling them for economy and ecology sake) LOL
