    Hello to all...happy to be joining you. Can't believe that it is May!

    My starting weight is 133lb but unfortunately, that is TOM related and I have found I can gain up to 5lbs at that time.

    I will do my measurements and post them (so I don't lose them). I did them early but realized I did them wrong (omitted a few).

    Will post again later.

    Measurements:
    Bust: 34
    Bra Band:31
    Arm (Mid):12 (dang, last time I measured it was 10.5)
    Waist (at Belly Button): 29
    High Hip: 32
    Low Hip: 38
    Thigh: 18.5
    Calves: 14

    Assignment for May 2nd: 3 goals

    1. Exercise: To finish P90X and get outside walking and possibly running.

    2. Attitude: Do I NEED to eat or do I just WANT to eat.

    3. Food: To stop nibbling and eating bits of this and that, here and there. Those all add up! Also to get back to using Fitday and measuring my food.


    For today, I have been spot on with my food. The day isn't over yet but dinner is made and I feel good. Seriously, earlier I was picking up something to "nibble" and thought "The Challenge!". And put it down. I always drink a lot of water so I don't really measure that...I have probably had 120 oz so far today. Today is a day off for exercise for me.

    Hi Jane! Good luck with your May challenge! You are SO at my goal weight! LOL I cant wait to join you!! I have probs with the nibbles too, especially late night nibbles. NEEDS TO GO! LOVE p90x! Glad to see that you are doing that program! Insanity by Shaun T is even better You should try it!

    Thank you all.

    I will post now just in case I can't get on my computer later. My son has an English project due tomorrow (which he forgot about until this afternoon).

    Today has been good.
    Eating just fine but still have to make dinner. I am making the "kids" (including dh) pizza but that isn't an issue for me anymore. I just make it and focus on what yummy thing I am making for myself (tonight is baked chicken).

    Water is A-ok (500 trips to the bathroom to prove it lol)

    Exercise was 1 hour, 15 mins of P90X (Shoulders, Arms and Abs).

    I am feeling good and empowered again.

    Hi Jane! How old is your son? Mine will be 14 in 3 weeks!! Oh brother! Great job on your workout AND the water! I hate water and its SO hard drinking it! Eeeck.. Have a great night! We are all winding down here and getting our comfy clothes on,

    Ha-ha...thanks. I don't feel hardcore but I am happy I have kept hitting play and doing my best. I am far from perfect but I have seen progress which is the important thing. I never really planned to P90X but my son bought it and then never had time for it. I couldn't stand to the see the program and all the equipment sitting here unused, so I tried it and here I am.

    Jami, I have 3 boys that are 19, 17 and 10. My 17 year old is the one that does Atkins with me.
