    Hmm not sure how to do this so let me know if I need to add anything...

    Today I PREDICT my weight to be around 150-155

    Measurements: (I added)
    Neck: 14
    Bust: 39
    Above Bust: 33 3/4
    Below bust: 33
    Waist: 32
    Belly button: 37
    Hip Bone: 38
    High hip: 36
    Low hip: 38 3/4
    R. Arm: 13
    L. Arm: 12 1/4
    R. Elbow: 10 3/4
    L. Elbow: 10 1/2
    R. Leg: 23
    L. Leg: 24
    R. Knee: 16
    L. Knee: 16

    Made it through today just fine. Ate yummy and awesome food all day-all legal.

    Drank 160 ounces of water and got an awesome workout. YAY!

    LOL thanks Slushkitty! I am a thirsty woman whenever I do atkins, but I am also a nursing mother and as long as I drink tons of water I keep an abundant milk supply.

    Fantastic BF!!!! What a way to burn calories - you are exercising by just being. I fed my babies a long time but now my babies are 10 and 8.

    Thanks Em! I just want to say you guys totally Rock!!! Evidently it is empty carbs that make people rude, cuz everyone here is so nice!

    I did half an hour of cardio on the treadmill (I felt totally bad a$$ afterward, and I was super sweaty) and I did some strength exercise. Awesome. I love my workouts but I can't seem to get that through my head.

    Great workout. Tons of water. Healthy nutritious food. Zen. I love this WOL!

    Lack of fat in the diet makes people cranky and angry.

    I'm sure there are studies about it.
