| Hey Boonie -- my exercises don't take that long....I start within a half hour of getting up (I have to have my coffee first, but most days my husband's lunches are in the freezer in the basement, so I start my stair stepping then, and except for the walking, most days I have them all done within an hour. Since the weather is improving the past couple days we go walking before 11:00 a.m. Yesterday we had to walk faster than normal to get out and back before the rain started (my 80 year old mother and 1 year old dog walking with me). We were barely home 10 minutes before it started pouring, so it's a good thing we stepped it up!! I'm clinching while I type...lol (I clinch alot because I have been known to sit too much!!) It helps that I don't work anymore and can enjoy exercising at my own

| Do you suppose gus would be more nervous aound those of us clinching, or around the ones doing pelvic floor workouts...? LOL. Both workouts simultaneously is likely to be a useful endeavor. Now that is too graphic to post a picture. |

| Has anyone ever tried using those Kegel exercise things they sell in junk books? I'm having a lot of problems with my bladder, I even had to quit the water challenge because of it, and I'm wondering if I should bother buying one or not. I do squeeze a ball between my knees but it doesn't seem to make a difference. |

| I'm with y'all! I'm sittin' in my computer chair doing mine now. Whew, it hurts already! LOL I haven't done any exercising in a long time. I have plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. I have rotator cuff problems in my right shoulder and neck problems which I'm seeing a doc for now. I reckon being a barber for 30 yrs is finally taking it's toll on me. Anyway, I need exercises I can do without using my feet/neck/shoulder. Sad, huh? I miss walking, I always LOVED to walk and lost weight quickly when I did walk. Hopefully, getting some of this weight off will help my foots! For Kegals, I just squeeze like I'm trying not to pee. I don't think I need anything for that! | Keep your hopes up, 2fat2 - my plantar faciitis went away about 40lbs ago, came back during a weight relapse, and went away again, not to return since the regain was lost. Speaking of a good Kegel exercise, guaranteed to work the right muscles - take a (((almost too long)) bus ride, BYO extra water, drink and then hold it! ![]() Now it's time for a screen cleaning break - here's the ABSOLUTELY BEST helper (and cutest) for the part you can't reach (inside your monitor)!! (((click!!!)))
