| Thank you for asking. I am feeling better. I have noticed that I feel better if I stick to chicken instead of beef and don't consume too much food at once. I always eat what I can have but sometimes overdo the meat. Then I feel lazy. I find it hard to balance out the veggies. I am working on it. I had all beef weiners and chili for dinner Saturday night with cheese and red onions. It was delicious but I did not have any other veggies for dinner. This is an example of what I mean about the veggies. Sunday for lunch I had a salad with grilled chicken for lunch and I was so full that at dinner time I just had a chicken breast. My weakness I think was from not eating enough and working out too hard. I think I may have been dehydrated. There are so many things it could be. But I am determined to lose the weight. Wouldn't it be nice to have a person to prepare the meals for us. Oh well. That's life. Hope you have a great day. |

| Yes. I have always wanted a personal cook. Like Oprah. It sounds so nice. She goes on all these different diets and she does not even have to think about it. I think many people on Atkins who work out hard find that they need to make sure they are eating enough fat. It is one our main sources of energy when we are in ketosis and we need that stuff. So make sure you think about that too. Good that you are feeling better.
