Groups of ADBB

The Groups of ADBB range from Atkineers from Alabama to doing Atkins Vegetarian style.

What are Groups? Groups are made up of individuals who are looking for and are having conversations with other members who share a specific hobby, eating style, live in the same area or belong to a certain age group. Each group has it's own Group Leader but Members can creat threads within the Group to get support and share experiences.

How do you find what Groups are available? Using the blue task bar at the top of the page, click on Forum and then select the Community option

The most recent Groups include Vegetarian Low Carbers , Disciples of Atkins, need a supporting friend, all is welcome, SINGLE PEOPLE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT and Aussie Atkins.
