Tommy makes his body fat goal of 7.8%

Had my body fat tested this morning at a bodpod testing site.
Results: 7.8%

Lost about 78 lbs in total, put on a little mass during that time and lost a total of 19 inches from my waist. Its been a long 18 month process but I was determined.

Now to concentrate on building back up....
