    For those thinking it can't be done, I'm here to tell you it can, even with health conditions that deter weight loss, even if you lose weight slow (what's the hurry??), through all kinds of life challenges, falling off the wagon because of not doing Atkins right the first time and getting back on and following it as written... it does work.

    By sticking to the program as Dr. Atkins designed and following the advice here on ADBB.

    Still got a ways to go, but here's some pictures to see how I've been doing so far.

    330 lbs - 1 month into Atkins (March, 2004). Hard to believe I lived like that. I was so miserable.


    Lost 125 lbs the first time, fell off the wagon and regained but got back on track for good January, 2009.

    255 lbs (November, 2009):



    221 lbs (July, 2010)



    199 lbs (March, 2011)


    183 lbs (July, 2011)


    171lbs (April, 2012) (Added 4/3/2012!!)


    That's what (updated from 160+) 175+ missing lbs will do for ya. I don't miss them. Not at all.
