130 lbs lost with Atkins. Look at Rette's progress here. You can do it too!!!

This was at the beginning I saw this photo and wondered who the heck that guy was.

This is 90 to 100 down

This is around 120 down

And this is the most recent I think about 130 down
I dont weigh anymore but ive gone from a 48 or 50 waist down to a 34 or 35 and 4 or 5 x shirt down to a large or extra large
