The Stuffing:
Here we run into problems as most people on Atkins will not eat a bready stuffing.

Alternative recipes:
Make your stuffing without bread (sure why not)
Here is what one of our members (Melinda) says:

I saute up celery and onion in butter and a drop of oil, so the butter doesn't burn...and then I add mushrooms, and whatever seasonings, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning or sage....and then I add cooked sausage to it..and that's basically what I do..
