| i was on Trazodone for a little bit but i was fat in the first place lol it didnt help me sleep at all |

| How courageous of you to write this post out. I have had quite the run with PPD and experienced psychosis and breakdown as well. I am still struggling.... but much better. I took Zoloft a LONG time ago (had a terrible reaction to it) and was heavy back then. So I don't know about that. But I was taking trazadone to help me sleep as well. (That was 1997-99) during that time I lost 98lbs doing weight watchers points and didn't have any struggles at all. I haven't used it during an Atkins approach - but I would think the trazadone wouldn't give you problems. Not sure on the Zoloft.

| I told my doctor what seroquel was making me sooo hungry (he prescribed it for sleep) so he put me on trazadone. It hasn't helped me sleep at all, but I dont get hungry all the time anymore. Good luck, I hope you find something that works better for you.
