| Sorry you are feeling badly. I know exactly how you feel! I thougt when going on owl I could eat whatever was in my rungs as long as I didn't go over my carb allowance. WRONG! I have now found that I cannot go over 25 carbs daily without stalling! I might end up right back on induction with you! Good luck we'll be pulling for ya!

| Yep, I find I go into carb addict mode of 22 carbs or so, it is so much safer for me to keep to the basics for now. My chemistry requires that I keep my gut clean if you know what I mean. Too much yeast and sugar in my tummy equals a **** of a sugar hound in me, and I can't live like that. I find freedom and peace of mind, surrendering to the fact that I just don't do sugar and starches well and it's okay. A little biscotti with my 1/2 a cup of decaf and I am good. Thanks for the good feedback! |
