| cream and eggs and splenda is where the carbs are coming from. This is commonly known on the low-carb circuit as Ziplock icecream. You'll find varying recipes for it - and yep..it works! However!!! : It's not induction friendly (unless you eat a spoonful) - and you've gotta be careful with this stuff cuz it's loooooaaaaaaddddddded with calories. We don't count calories..but they do count, so be warned!
