| Ooh that sounds heavenly. I got some coconut flour a while back and just opened it the other day. I fried fish in it and it made an excellent coating for frying. Bob's red mill has it...maybe you can order it online, Julie. Anyway, I'm going to make some of this when I get home with the rest of the coconut flour.

| It was REALLY good--you could probably use even less sweetener, as the coconut by itself has a great flavor. You might have to add more/less flour (I used more of a "meal")...just make sure the consistency is like a thick cake batter.

| I bought some coconut flour at a bulk section of the health food store a couple of weeks ago..now I know what to do with it!!! Thanks for sharing, Julie. Uhm, next time...pictures, maybe? I'm a visual learner |
