| I just tried this out. As a treat for a couple of friends who were calling round. First, the good news. It easily made 4 ramekins worth, so you can halve the carbs etc per portion. It rose beautifully. The bad news? Mine was not as nice as the one the chef made. It had a denser texture, his was lighter and fluffier. Maybe I didn't get the egg whites stiff enough. Maybe it needs another egg white. Not sure. It was still very nice though.
