| That sounds so good I will have to give that a try, after induction. I am on day 12 of induction. DO you know how many carbs are in that one serving?? THanks for the great idea...

| If you go buy the amount of ingredients above it's 0 carbs for the oil, for the cocoa about 1, and 2 for the splenda. If you add the peanut butter add about 2 carbs. BUT So really not that much. If you eat it as a "candy bar" it's induction friendly and about 3 carbs. It's very rich and seriously cuts your craving for sweets on the spot.

| I just made this with a slight variation. I made the chocolate mixture (tripled the recipe) and poured it into tiny silicone baking cups I have (the size of a reeses cups) I added unsweetened shredded coconut and a few almond slivers...Put in the freezer for a few minutes and they got solid like a reeses PB cup. AND THEY WERE DELISH - like almond joy!! Just FYI, I ate ONE. The others are in the freezer waiting for my next major chocolate craving to come around. If it does Im ready! |
