| Looks good. I really have to try it. Did you find the coconut flour in your grocery store?

| It really is good, amazingly enough. The rodents in my house (aka:kids and DH) ate a good portion of it while I was out today...I hope they are VERY regular tomorrow morning! Yeah, Liv, we have a store that sells it in bulk for cheap (I can't remember how much I paid for it by the pound), but it's nonsweetened, natural coconut Oh, and I did use my food processor to blend it up for a few minutes more to make the coconut seem finer---and then blended everything in my food processor. I love my food processor.
