| According to my fitday, 3/4 cup of splenda = 18 carbs. I am not sure if 36 tsp is correct. You can buy american cups in the supermarket. |

| 1 cup of splenda is 48 teaspoons... 1 teaspoon has 0.45 carbs... so 48 tsp have 21.6 carbs. So if you are using 3/4 of a cup, this means 16.2 net carbs.

| well, the big problem with that is the fact that using volume measuring is so inaccurate that there is no answer for it. you can take 4 ounces of flour into 1/2 cup or fluff it up to 3/4 cup. then there is the whole humidity thing.... So, that being said.... 1 packet has just under .5g of maltodextrin and dextrose in it which we round up to 1g. so I guess that would make it 18g if I am not mistaken. I don't bake with Splenda, so I am a bit out of the loop.

| Wow. Just tried the cookies and WAY too sweet! I will cut that back to 1/4 or 1/3 at the most and save some carbs too. But they are yummy! Thanks for the help ya'll!
