Baking chocolate

Hi!

I live in bangkok so it is a little difficult to find LC cooking materials...everything has sugar in it...aaarrggghhh!

Anyways, I found a Hersheys unsweetened baking chocolate, and the ingredients on the back say Chocolate and cacao. There is absolutely no sugar and I believe the carbs per serving are 4g. So, I am wondering...will this be legal? and at what rung...? I could melt it and add splenda and refridgerate it, to make splenda chocolate...

Yes actually it is. I think my old buddies listed cocoa as a spice and hence legal. I make a great hot cocoa with it, splenda and heavy cream thinned with water. Also I make chocolate frosting with it and cream cheese and splenda.
I lived in Japan and it's got to be the carb capitol of the world so I know what you mean. I ate a lot of fish and veggies
