Super Fast Jello

I'm sure some of you already figured this out but I experimented today and found a neat trick...

I made a regular batch of Jello [my recipe is usually Knox gelatin, kool-aid, and liquid splenda, but this should work with regular Jello too]

I added just one cup of boiling water then mixed it together. Then I grabbed a handful of icecubes, tossed them in, and started stirring like mad.

After a few minutes, the icecubes were gone and I was stirring chunky jelly. Tasted like regular jello but not in those nice little cubes. It was much faster than waiting a few hours for it to set in the fridge.

Great idea. Your jello sounds good also. Once I had some leftover coffee and made jello out of it. Wasn't all bad

That actually doesn't sound too bad... I might have to experiment with that a little :]
