Default Pumpkin Pie Pudding

this is my first recipe post so bear w/ me!

this recipe is actually a variation of several of the pudding style desserts i've seen on here

1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup splenda (less or more to your preference)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

put all into bowl and beat until smooth and creamy!

idk what the carb count or serving size is but i do know that it is delicious!

feel free to post the counts if you can come up with them.

enjoy everyone and let me know what ya think

how many servings are you getting out of this? I put your recipe into FitDay (fiber removed) and this is what I get:

Default Re: Pumpkin Pie Pudding

please make a few tweaks to your fitday graph i.e.

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, not a tbsp

1/2 tsp of almond extract, not a full tsp

add 1 tsp of vanilla, because you did not include that

and the biggest error i noticed is my recipe doesnt even include pumpkin, soooo we can lose all 27.8 carbs of that you have in there

that being said i usually get 10-12 servings

here's my calc's

1632 calories
167g fat
39g carbs
22g protein

if u get 12 servings out of this

136 cal
14g fat
3.25g carbs
1.83g protein
per seving

please correct me if i'm wrong...........

the last line is a can of Libby's Pumpkin. - What I was asking was the number of servings. Didn't mean to upset you in any way - was asking a question

I made the pudding and I only used 1 cup of pumpkin pie as I was guessing and it was really good. I will put the whole can in next time tho for a more pumkin taste. Thanks for the recipe.

That recipe sounds decadent and a good way to add fat to my eating. Can't wait to try it!

Wait.... so, no pumpkin? Can I add a little? I guess I can, but I am not happy about the carb count going up.
