Yes that is what I do - so when they are done they look a bit like a pancake and I use one for the top and one for the bottom for my burger or sandwich

Hi Guy's ~ yes Pumpkin Pie Spice is something you can buy in the Spice Section of your Grocery Store, Walmart or even some Dollar Store's already made.

Ingredients: Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Allspice & Nutmeg

The change from Cream or Cottage Cheese to Mayo would be "6 Tablespoons" to equal 3 ounces. I have a very slow Metabolism due to having Lupus, so I DO also watch my Calories having to keep them a lil lower tham most. I would use Helman's Mayo with Olive Oil (my fav) or Canola Oil as they both have 1/2 the Calories but same Carbs as Regular Mayo !!!

Also Using the lower Calorie Helman's will keep orig values of the Recipe just about the same !!!

I have also had a Member of another Forum Iam on add Real Pumpkin to this Recipe with Good results, I will see if I can find out how much & get back to your with anwser !!!
