| use whatever your bag tells you is 2 teaspons worth of sugar to makethe powder work like the packets. NAVAJETSFIRE you can use a very mild cheese slice and sprinkle it with the cinnamon and splenda after you nuke it until all bubbley. let it cool and you got crunchy chip like cookie.

| OMG!!!!!!!! These are SO GOOD (and I have yet to come to terms with flax)! This is by far my favourite LEGAL TREAT! I could eat these all day long. Seriously. Thank you so much.

| If you flax is ground then yes. Otherwise you need to grind it. A coffee grinder works great
